The Alpaca Suri bowl is a classic phunnel design which uses the high quality thick USA clay which is consistent throughout all Alpaca bowls. The clay promotes even distribution of heat throughout the bowl and it also retains heat very well which means you can get a longer longevity without having to constantly add alot of coals which eventually scorches the flavour.
The Suri features a wide gauge spire which promotes optimal airflow as well as helping the cloud output and the smaller diameter on this bowl means you will not be able to use something like an Oduman Ignis. However, with a smaller diameter, it means less coals are needed to keep this bowl performing.
Bowl takes around 10-17g of Flavour depending on the brand and packing method used.
