Made from stainless steel, perfect to be placed on top of a regular bowl and place coals inside. 

We recommend you still use foil on the bowl with the usual holes as you would. Then place this pan on top with coals and let the bowl warm up.

Benefits of using a heat management device or a screen is to ensure you have a more smooth session without needing to constantly play around with coals on the bowl. It also ensures you have some gap between the flavour and the coals which reduces the chances lf it burning and becoming harsh. A great simple and effective deivce for all.
