Shisha Haven Delivery Information
Free Domestic Delivery on all orders over £50 regardless of how many items or weight of the order.
European shipping available and prices are calculated based on the weight which can be accessed during checkout. There is flat rate prices based for different weight bands E.G 0-1KG = £... 1-2KG = £ and so on. As the weight of order increases, so does the price in shipping.
We aim to dispatch ALL orders within 24 hours of them being placed and where relevant, tracking information is sent via email to the customer. Should there be any issues in receiving the delivery, please contact us at info@shishahaven.co.uk and we can track the parcel for you or find out what has happened and give a solution.
If your country charges for any imports, you are responsible for paying these and if they are NOT paid, the item will be returned to us and you will not be refunded for the order amount.
