The Helium mouth tips are made from silicone and resin which is essentially a form of plastic. The silicone provides a airtight seal on any form of hose handle (we have even tried it with the chunky khalil mamoon hoses). The beautiful resin piece provides an open airflow all throughout and a comfortable feel to the mouth and lips because of the shape. Compared to typical plastic tips which you see in lounges have a cone like shape in which the diameter gets smaller further down which then means you are restricting airflow during your inhale.
